Chicken Butt Emergency ‼️ Please Help!

That looks like vent gleet to me; a yeast infection. Does it have a bad odor beyond the usual?

If she's also exhibiting signs of an URI, upper respiratory infection, antibiotics would exacerbate that, but a URI treatment takes precedence over it if that's what it is.

You can get prescription antibiotics online. Here's a few places:

Tylan 50 / Tylosen for respiratory illnesses/MG. Tylan 50 can be given orally instead of by injection, which can damage tissue. Dose is 0.25 ml per pound of body weight 4 times a day, or 0.33 ml per pound three times a day. -- @azygous

Tylosen:
Tylosin an antibiotic helpful with MG/respiratory symptoms. Dosage is 1 tsp per gallon of water for 5 days. Here are some places to order it:
https://jedds.com/products/tylosin-powder?_pos=1&_sid=c3b5b9991&_ss=r
https://thecanaryfinchstore.com/product/tylosin-powder-for-birds/

If what's coming out of her vent is vent gleet, that's treatable with probiotics and monistat or equivalent, a half inch orally and on the vent. Don't give probiotics while she's on antibiotics though, but be sure to give them after the dosing is done.

She is wheezing and open mouth breathing.

So I just did and idk it just feels like a bone. Is there somethin specific I should look for?
I didn't want to tell you what to look for before you did it because sometimes the mind can play tricks. I was looking to see if ascites was causing the respiratory issues. Her bottom would feel like a water balloon.

She needs antibiotics and soon. Then, she needs testing to see what she has. I use RAL in texas. https://www.vetdna.com/test-type/avian-bird. I would test for mg first, and if negative move on to other respiratory diseases. I don't think she has infectious coryza - even though you and I are susceptible to it based on where we live. Her face is not swollen. I don't mean to alarm you but if she does not get help soon, she may pass. If you get a broad spectrum antibiotic on board, you can buy some time to get answers.
