Chicken butt issue (gross pics sorry)

Went to check on and lock up my chickies this evening as usual. All were roosting like normal, but one of my younger girls (23 weeks-I don’t think she’s laying yet) who was roosting with her butt facing out looked like she was pooping but it also looked like there was a tumor in her butt. Can anyone tell me what this is? It doesn’t look normal. Thanks for any info.

It looks like a small egg, & maybe some extra calcium can get it moving on out.

X2. OP, if you have Calcium Citrate on hand, you can pop one tablet in her beak. Tums also work in a pinch.
