Marek's disease is the most common cause of not walking and I don't know how common that disease in other parts of the world. I notice the hen has a very bad case of scaly leg mites, and a mite overload can cause anemia (low red blood cell count which affects the body's ability to receive oxygen to the muscles. If she can inspect the hen for lice or mites in the feathers, and given that she clearly has leg mites already, I would consider a treatment for that at least. Permethrin is a great mite and lice treatment. You can mix one ounce of liquid permethrin 10% to 3 gallons of water and dip the entire hen up to her head (don't dip the head) in the solution. Ivermectin can help and can be given orally. I'm not sure what is available to you. There could still be more going on with that hen, too.Dear All.
