Chicken CANCER???? What??? HELP!!!

Do they look like these birds?

meatchickens.jpg

I have 30 something Cornish X's and they are about 5 months old. The only time I've had problems with them is when the horses step on their feet. They are completely free range so they get a lot of exercise. I think that has a lot to do with them being as healthy as they are.

Some more are going on the chopping block this weekend.

Take care,

Tami

They are white and have no red feathers. They have very large legs. One just died yesterday so i only have one left anyway.

so it doesn't seem like i'll have this problem very long. I just won't get those chickens again.

very green poop can be a symptom of kidney and liver failure.

If you have cornish game crosses...they can and will overeat....they were bread to grow fast and then be eaten...and thus have short life spans. I hope this experience will not stop you from trying other chicken breeds that were meant to lay eggs and live long!

Good luck
Sandra
