Chicken cannot stand up on her feet

My chicken is about 3 months old, cannot stand up on her feet well and lays back on her legs. She has to lie down to eat and gets trampled by the other chickens. She walks like she's drunk constantly stepping on her own feet. Would love to know if anyone has any suggestions for me?! Can I post a video on the thread? Thanks in advance

Welcome to BYC. A video is best uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo with a link posted here. Has she always acted and walked normally before now? Was she vaccinated for anything? Is there any rooster around who might have hurt her? It might be good to start some vitamin E 400 IU softgel and 1/4 tablet of human Vitamin B complex 1/4 tablet daily.Make sure that they have enough room, and that she is getting food and water. Adding extra food and water stations may help.
