Chicken cant Move is it a Deficiency?

Help My Chicken Can't Move for the last 3 days. I found her in the coop Lethargic. I have been giving her NutriDrench, Electrolytes, Boiled Eggs and yet no Luck.

I'm sorry she's not well.
How old is she?
What's her poop like?
What do you feed?
Do you know when she last laid an egg? I would look her over for injury, lice/mites, make sure her crop is emptying overnight.

Not being able to move, then unfortunately I would also consider Marek's disease.
Continue to offer supportive care. I would switch out the PND to 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily. Encourage her to eat her normal feed as well.
