Chicken can't stand or walk, paralyzed??

Pics
We noticed today that Ethel is starting to get white patches of flaky skin on her comb. I Can't find anything about that other than it is a sign of an unhealthy comb but not why or what to do about it. Does this sound like something I need to be concerned about? I will post a picture tomorrow.
I just attached the picture of Ethel's comb and the white flaky stuff on it if anyone has thoughts on that.

So I just called the laboratory in Texas just to confirm everything I need to do to get the Mareks test sent to me and what I need to do as far as getting it back to them. They told me it does not have to be overnighted because it is not an RNA test, only the RNA tests have to be overnighted. Of course I could do it if I want my results faster, but I think priority mail would be fine as well she said and it would get tested the next day. Are there any other tests that any of you can think of that I should request a test kit for? Since I'm already having them send me the Marek's kit which includes three tests for three birds.

When I had mine done I did the Mareks test which was the 20 and avain leukosis since they are very similar diseases. The avain leukosis test was 25. Only one sample is needed for them to do as many tests as you want. So if you decide to have multiple tests run you still only send in one vial of blood. When you get your test kit in there will be an order form included. You just check any box that you want tested and they use the same sample to run everything.

Edit to add the reason I wanted to know for sure if it was Mareks or leukosis is Luekosis is passed through the egg where Mareks is not.

I really don't think this is anything more than some dry skin, does she drink water on her own? I would moisturize with vaseline, coconut oil or bag balm- whichever one you have in the house.

So when you say it is passed through the egg, that means that if you were to incubate and hatch eggs from a chicken that has the lymphoid leukosis, The chicks would be born with that as well, as opposed to doing the same with eggs from a chicken with Marek's, The chicks would not be born with Marek's? And if the lymphoid Leukosis is passed through the egg, Does that mean it is dangerous for people to eat or even other birds? I'm not planning on hatching any eggs, just a thought that came to mind.

Correct, from my understanding if you have a bird with lymphoid leukosis and hatch out a bird it is passed to the chick so the chick is born with it. With Mareks the bird isn’t born with it but it contracts the disease from birds dander so even thought right now I have no symptomatic birds all my birds are carriers and are actively shedding the virus. If I were to let a broody hatch chicks as soon as they are born they will be exposed to the virus at thy point. If I were to incubate eggs and hatch them I could possibly still infect the chicks by having dander on me from my flock.

I actually had a broody sitting on eggs when I got my symptomatic bird and did the testing. Right now those chicks are still doing well and are now 5 weeks old. Hopefully they will be resistant to it but even if they are they will still be carriers of the virus. I will never be able to sell or give away any birds as long as I have birds here. The only way for that to happen would either be me cull all my birds and wait a couple years before I get any more or let my birds die out naturally and then wait a couple years before getting more. I have decided I’m going to try to breed for resistance as not all birds will succumb to the disease, so if I breed my survivors they should pass some of that immunity on to their chicks.

It’s been a heartbreaking ordeal and I’ve learned alot in a short amount of time. As far as leukosis goes I know @azygous has it in her flock so she can shed some light on it and correct me if I’m wrong regarding it.
