Chicken changing color

I have a two year old chicken named Pico. She is a Black Australorp.
She started out black at a few months old, but slowly speckles of white began popping up. At around a year old, she was nearly all white with a few random black speckles. Now, after her first molt, she is a mix of black and white, leaning a litfle more to the black side.

Does anyone know what's going on?

Yep, I do. Well, actually 2, & I hatched chicks from the mother recently.

Groovy, Any thoughts on ops hen or have you not pinpointed the likely cause of the color change?

This one, looks similar, but this one looks more like a case of Vitiligo, based on the amount of white.

I don't think it's the samething going on with my birds, since their change practically followed the same pattern, & they almost completely mirrored each other's heads.

Also, the first hen with more white has grown orange feathers recently.

Random Genetic Mutation, could be one, but I don't think your's fits the bill.
