My chicken is a pure delight. She is about 9 months old. Se has a great personality. We we get home she runs to meet us at the car or when you go into the backyard, she is such a pet.
Charlie chases the cat named Kit all over the yard. Kit is a big 15 lb cat who is very aggressive. He hisses at everyone. But Charlie keeps him in his place. It's so funny to watch. Charlie loves freeze dried worms and insists to eat them out of the container, so funny. Se would come right in the house if we let her. Dn build her a penthouse for a coop. She lays every day a brown egg. We enjoy her. Originally got 6 chickens all turned out to be roosters except Charlie. We plan to get 3 more hens in the Spring.
