Oh, and in the meantime, @Marthab1953 (or anyone, for that matter) do you think you could help solve the mystery on what breed the grey rooster in this pic is?

Well he looks like a cross breed chicken, he has yellowish legs and white earlobes. I would love to see a closer picture of his comb. It looks like possible pea comb like.

I would guess he is a California grey mix.
