Chicken Contantly Squatting

A couple days ago one of our hens was stuck in this squatting/penguin position, and she kinda waddled around barely.
We don't think she's egg bound, she's been pooping, eating, etc.
She doesn't try to run from us when we pet her though, which is weird. She just sits there.
We tried putting her in a warm bath and putting olive oil/lube in her vent to see if there was something stuck.
She is still acting the same way and we're worried.
Any suggestions or ideas of what it may be?

How old is she? Have you felt inside her vent an inch or two to check fo a stuck egg? Has she been laying recently? Hens with internal laying can waddle like a penguin and have problems walking great distances. Is her belly swollen? Internal layers/egg yolk peritonitis tend to be 2 years old and older, but it can occur in younger hens.
