Chicken cooing?

So I noticed one of my hens that I got a couple weeks ago (first time chicken owner) is cooing a lot.

Almost like a rumble of her tongue. I'm hoping she really is a she. I tried to google chickens cooing, but I got nothing.

I havent heard the other three make this noise.

Any idea what it means?

A couple of my chickens do that, they're fully grown. I doubt there's anything wrong as long as she seams normal otherwise.
