I'd remove the angled nest top and put a poop board with roost above nests.

Update: i rearranged my coop alittle bit. Remove the interior door. And readjusted roost bars to almost same height and added 2 more roost on other side. And believe it or not it was not as much chaos in there tonight. Only 2 chickens were upset. And that was the 2 that were roosting on the door that is now gone. So it took them a minute to settle but they eventually did. So I think my setup now will work a little better. It's funny how you plan everything when you building your coop and run
But until you actually have chickens you can't know what's going to work. So we've had to change things several times to work all the kinks out. I know I'm driving my hubby crazy cause I keep changing things. But I'm still learning what works for me and my chicks! THANKS!

Glad you got it all worked out! I drive my husband crazy too - I don't think he understands, as he thinks 'they're just chickens' - he always gives me the look when I ask him to do something else or change something for me
