Chicken Coop for Cochins

I'm starting to breed and show cochins, and I need a coop for them. I'm looking for blue prints it ideas
It needs to be able to hold 10-15 standard sized cochins.
Preferably tall enough for a person to go in to.
An outside run that's accessible from the coop.

And easy to clean.
Nothing super fancy or expensive though
