Chicken coop for special needs chick?

I have two chickens Gimpy and Sourin. Gimpy was born with messed up legs (hence the name). one leg goes out to the side and the other leg's toes are curved so she cant climb and she doesnt have good balance. my chicks are 6 weeks old now and we are ready to build a coop so they can stay outside for good. we need ideas that wouldnt involve her needing to go up stairs or climb into a nesting box. any ideas? Thanks for any help!!

How about coop directly on ground with hardware cloth under bedding so nothing can dig up into it and nest buckets on floor also. Might be inconveniate for you but good for gimpy. Just my opinion.
