Nicely-built coop. Way too small a floor area for the number of birds the seller imagines it is designed for, at least for a flock here in Maine. It is more suited for a region that gets little in the way of winter weather if one was to house 16 or 20 chickens in less than 30 square feet.

I have a coop that size with 7 layers in it, about the maximum number I'd house in that one with the proper modifications. His nest boxes waste scarce floor area and need to be raised high enough off the floor that chickens can walk under them. And for the smaller flock that could be housed comfortably in it, he only needs two of those nest boxes.

Tho pop door appears too close to the floor to allow a litter of any depth.

Stil, it's a nice looking coop, though 1300 bucks is way out of my league and the 700 dollar coop is way too small (16 sq ft.)
