Second blizzard test for our chicken coop. Winds are blowing 50+ mph with gusts approaching 65 mph. Temperature outside is 11F. No issues so far (**knock on wood**). The girls inside look fine. The only thing I'm marginally concerned about is the coop blowing over, but it's pretty darn heavy (by design). Four of the six hens laid eggs today too! Also, I don't have a heater in the coop. As long as they are out of the wind and the snow, they do great.

Want to know something bizarre? Yesterday it was 65F. I rode my motorcycle to work! Today it's 11F. [IMG]

LOOKS LIKE THAT INSULATION IS PAYING OFF. Good craftsmanship in building of course the biggest key. [IMG]
