Chicken coop size

I have a coop 4ft wide 8ft long 5ft tall how many Rhode Island Red chicken. Going to fence in 16ft x16ft run. Sorry area is East Tennessee. And roosting pole placement and length

6 to 8, depending on if it's the only shelter, and how bad your weather gets. If you live in a region that gets seriously cold, and the coop is the only place they will have to get out of the wind, then only 6. If the weather is pretty mild, year-round, then 8.
