Chicken coop under 385

We found a prefab coop and planned on attaching a welded wire run 12x12 to it with half covered. I was wondering if anyone could suggest plans for that price or under it if there is something better. Nothing too complicated. Just wanted to double check before purchasing, need the chickens out of the house soon.
We have 6 isa browns, 3 silkies and 2 d'uccles.

What coop are you looking at for that price? Can you post a link to it?

Have you looked through HERE for some ideas.
There are hundreds of great coops there.

Do a search on prefabs here, not to many people are happy with them. They look real nice but are made with crappy wood that doesn't hold up. Buyer beware. You would be better off if you had to spend a little more but had a better quality coop by building your own.

They are also too small, do not believe the number of birds the manufacturer says it will hold.
