I agree with everyone else and echo a resounding "Yes". We have a raised coop with a slide out floor for ease of cleaning and a 'staggered' ramp.
Hoping to cut a long story short, but this is not the best picture as we had moved and hubby was building the new coop when the chickens were flown up from our existing home, so it was not completely finished when they arrived but it does show the elevated coop and 'staggered' ramp:
