What's wrong with your old coop? If it's too small or an old prefab, I'd strongly advise against getting another one. I started with a prefab, then built my own and it has been 10 times better! Definitely try to build one yourself or modify a large shed. But if your only option is to get a kit, the EZ Coops are at least well made, and you could build your own chicken run or attach it to a dog run enclosure.

Do keep in mind that the "number of chickens" recommendation is very misleading and usually refers to bantam sized chickens. You would typically want to offer 4 SF per large fowl inside a coop and minimum 10 SF outside.
