Chicken Coops:

I am planning to take on a couple of silkie chickens, since this is a bantam breed and we have hawks I don't plan on free ranging. The research i have done seems to be saying that my best bet is to have a chicken tractor for day time use and a coop for nighttime. Is this the best option? I could really use some help, I'm completely new to this concept.

I think many/most chicken tractors have a coop incorporated, so I don't think you would need a second coop:
