It is not actually meant to be a wall scroll. I get mine at IKEA in the window treatment section. I love going to IKEA and getting really cheap products and using them for something else completely. That was only like half the window treatment, it goes a long way for around 10 dollars I think?

If you have an IKEA anywhere near you and you love to craft it is an awesome place to find materials cheaper than most places. (And when you are on a budget it really helps!) You just have to look at something and be like, "Now, what can I do with that?"
These are painted on wooden planks used for shelving really inexpensive, like 2 dollars.
And this was a picture frame (a lot less than at any craft store) that used to have some sea setting pictures in it that I tore out and replaced with my own, desert themed ones!
Now, I guess this is only helpful if you have an IKEA anywhere near you! If not I'm sorry I couldn't be of any help at all. Though, you might find something useful on their website who knows!
