Chicken Cries while laying eggs and swollen vent

My 6 months old chicken has started laying eggs 6 days back but she cries while she lays eggs and moreover her vent has swollen. I have never experienced this with my chickens before so I dont know how to ease her pain or discomfort whatever it is. Can anyone plz guide me regarding this.

Can you post a picture of her vent?
What condition are the eggs in? Normal? Soft-shell/shell-less?
What are you feeding your flock?
I would giver her a calcium citrate tablet once daily for a week and see if that helps her.

Chickens don’t really cry, so are you sure you’re not just hearing the egg song?
