Believe it or not, where I live out in the sticks, the police DO gather at the donut shop. It's a donut shop in the morning, and a chinese food place in the evenings.

My DH can't stand donuts. There is one donut shop in town and I have never seen a police car there, city or county. They're all at the mexican restaurant.
 
Saw this on the news last night. I was wondering why they kept calling it Henry when its clear that it looks like a Henriette! Maybe the chicken will start paying back in Eggs?

In out one small area, there is the donut shop/chinese restaurant, mexican place (closed for remodeling) and a smoke shop. The donut shop is the ONLY place to hang out!

ETA: The police station is in back of the donut shop. It truly is the only place for them to take a break.
