Hi BYC!
It took us a while but my family and I finally got chickens! We bought 6 point of lay pullets from a chicken supplier here in Ireland about 3 days ago. I noticed that one of the bluebells (I think they're more commonly called blue plymouth rocks) has greyish eyes. At first I thought it was pretty, but then I remembered it could be a sign of something serious. Violet is the only chicken that has grey eyes, and otherwise seems to be acting normal, though she's especially placid and lets us pick her up easily. I took videos of both chickens Philomena and Violet to compare their eyes. I took stills from the video to show everyone here, if the videos would be helpful I could find a way to upload those too.

These are Philomena's eyes

And these are Violet's eyes! Am I crazy or are those grey? I didn't notice any abnormalities her pupil shape, but they also seem a bit more constricted than Philomena's. The place we got them from says on their website they're fully vaccinated but I know that's not full protection. If it's not Marek's, what could it be? I was reading that ocular Marek's can be less severe. I didn't expect to be dealing with something like this so soon đź’” but I would really appreciate anyone's help and advice!
