Chicken day finally

After months of back and forth with the town, several meetings and questions on who had the authority to grant a special use permit. I finally got to order my 6 hens. They got here this morning my daughter called me 3 times between 8 and 8:30 to ask if I had heard form the post office yet. Here are a few pics.

They sure do eat and drink more than I thought they would. Guess that means they are healthy. Five red stars and an EE for my daughter.
