Chicken Diapers? And scared chicken

I got my moon bean bantam a chicken diaper. Specifically the pampered poultry one on Etsy. Whenever I try to put it on her she starts screaming and freaking out. I wasn’t really sure where to post this but does anyone have any tips on getting it on her? She’s still pretty small and fragile I wouldn’t want to hurt her but getting it on her seems impossible !!
