Chicken diapers with saddle attached

I can't seem to find a single template for chicken diapers with a saddle attached. I'm looking for one specifically for bantams, preferably a sewing template. If anyone can reply with some information it will be highly appreciated.

out of curiosity, if you are having them in the house (diapers) why would you need the saddles?

I plan to attach a d ring to the saddle and attach a leash to that.

Looks like you could adjust it to add a leash?

I don't have a house chicken, my 6 hens are all outdoors..But the idea is interesting. The above blog site shows what to put inside to catch the poos.
