Chicken Dinner

I am processing my first CX batch next week and want the first meal to be special. We usually cut up a chicken and throw it on the grill but I want our first homegrown chicken dinner to be special. What's your favorite chicken dinner recipe?

This is a zannie video my hubby made. It basically is a good recipe, and is posted at the end in the credits.
We do about 1 Roo a month. We hatch a lot of birds and roos don't sell. So we thin the flock so to speak.
Again.. The video is a little crazy, but so is my hubby!
