Chicken Diper Emergency!!!!!

Our chickens keep falling over in the dipers and me and Arichickengirl1 dont know what to do and the dipers were hard to make and we dont want them to go to wast

They are adjusted right but they keep wanting to eather fall on there face or fall to the sides.my silkie *bluebell*can walk but she is unbalanced and i think she just needs sometime getting used to it
