Chicken does not want to walk, keep pushing as if trying to poop

My black Australorp woke up a bit down today. She would walk around for a short time and then lay in one spot. It seems as if she is trying to poop.
I thought she was egg bound so I put her in warm water. She was a bit hesistant at first but then laid in it with no problem. About 25 mins later she jumped out of my sink. I grabbed her and dried her up. Placed in a box so she could be on her own.
She eventually laid an egg but still does not want to move around much and has barely eaten.
She pooped some watery yellowish poop.

Please help!

I'm sorry you are having trouble.
Was the poo colored like egg yolk or different? What type of feed is she on?
Has she been wormed?

She was eating this morning and seems a little bit more alert, but she is still not her regular self

I noticed within the last couple of days that you have started several threads about your flock.
What are the most common symptoms, signs of illness amongst all of them?

Your answer to my question of what are you feeding isn't that helpful. Is this a commercial feed or one that you make yourself. Is it a complete poultry type food. How old is it and how is it stored? Is it moldy, wet, or have a foul ordor? Do you free range or are the contained in coop/run? What has your weather been like? Have you added any new chickens to your flock recently?
Are all of these chickens yours and are they all in the same flock?

yes! I don't know what is happening! My chickens were all doing so well.

It is a commercial feed. I keep the feed inside my house. Not moldy nor wet.
My chicken are free range
It has been colder than usual. Well, "cold" for Miami in the 60's-70'
Its has been rainy and cloudy.

No, new chickens added to my flock. I am so devastated.

This her poop. I picked her up to inspect her vent and she pooped

I gave her another warm bath and this is the poop after the bath

She is standing up more now and eating

I'm so sorry that you are having to deal with this.

It looks like @Eggcessive and @chickengeorgeto have given you some good advice on the other threads.
I was asking all the questions, trying to determine if they had gotten into some bad food or if it was some other type of illness running through the flock.
Unfortunately it is sounding like mareks.

If you have some that are still well, I would try to separate them from the sick ones if you can.
As far a supportive care, I believe courses of treatment and care are in the links given to you.

I am glad the one that you gave a bath to is standing up more and eating/drinking.

Just wondering why you might think they were poisoned. Were you thinking someone harmed them or do you think they got into something like rodent poison. If that were the case I think they all would be showing about the same symptoms at the same stages, where as with illness, it can have different stages depending on the age and health of the bird at the time it was contracted.
