Chicken door size and location?

I am finishing up a run on a new coop i built. I am trying to figure out the best placement and size for the door to the run.

It will be on the right end wall in the picture going to an outside run. The back of this picture:

Nesting boxes are next! And a better feeder

The door needs to be at least 12"x12". You can go bigger if you want. Placement is just whatever is convenient for you to get to so you can open and close it.
