Chicken drooling and standing like a flamingo?

The weather sounds terrible!

now after 3 days in the heat, i noticed all of them have not been eating... I brought all 3 of my chickens in where its nice and cool and all 3 are now acting right again. I need to find a way to better cool them in this super heat we are having. im keeping them in for the night just to see how they act in the morning. they are eating again so thats a good sign. no more drooling...

I know a lot of people are struggling with the heat right now.

Deep shade, shade cloths, cool water, fans, etc. are all ideas I see suggested. I do use fans in my run and coop along with cool water. I don't have the temps like you do in CA but a few of my heavy girls struggle in hot weather too.
