Chicken Drooling?

Our new hen Sugar was enjoying a pet from our friend, (Who has chickens herself and knows how to handle them) then suddenly started drooling?
(She was being pet on the neck/head)

Her crop may have been nudged a bit during petting and recent water drunk may have been pushed into her throat. It happens.
