chicken duck fight - chicken not using leg and leaking

Everybody has great info here! THANK YOU! I don't feel so alone when I have this support. So, no photos...mostly because I'm usually by myself when I'm with her and can't snap a photo and hold her in place. I can tell you though, after closer exam, there is no swelling or discoloration, and the foot/leg appears to be in the correct orientation.

The leaking stopped. I'm guessing this was a fear/panic/shock reaction. It stopped after a bit and I haven't seen it since.

Yes, I need to get some more grit to her. She has water and pellet food in the small tote I have her in.

In so much as the duck/drake. UGH. I'm so confused still. So, I'm not 100% sure He is a he - I caught him/her quaking yesterday! They aren't old enough to see a drake feather yet. When I attempted to sex them very small, we saw something white pop out when we pressed on the vent area. Anyway, the other "drake" I thought was as duck at first...then maybe a drake - is now also quaking loudly.

If they are making any quacking noises, then they are girls!
Crazy the one is so aggressive. Female ducks usually are very docile with other birds!

I agree that it's vitally important to get her to eat somthing, but feeding animals others of their own kind just perpetuates disease and is generally a bad practice.

Not if it's cooked.

To the OP, Your ducks are too young for drake curl sexing and borderline in age for voice sexing. Glad that your hen is improving.

She isn't showing any major improvement. This morning she refused a cooked egg. That's the first time in the history of ever she has done that. I did get some yogurt and an egg in her last night. She had a poop in there this morning that I cleaned - just one. So things are processing but not even close to a normal rate. But that's also good since she isn't moving. She is able to stand and turn herself and for some reason prefers to turn AWAY from the food and water bowl and put her nose in the corner of the tote.

My wife spent time with her last night. She took some kibbles of pellets out of her hand and drank some water. But this morning - nothing.

She is cut off from the others - in my workshop garage. It stays about 72 in there so she is in a more comfortable spot - and we have had a non-stop rain/wind storm now it seems for about a month!

I'm thinking this is a long haul - maybe a month or more? Ugh. Tough on everybody - especially her.

What I meant to say, she is cut off as I don't have a reasonable way to keep her exposed to them and keep her immobile in a safe area. She also seems to get very anxious even in the garage when she can hear the other birds making noise at the door. They are very curious about her and if I don't close the door they try to wander in there behind me while I'm tending to her - what they are really doing is looking for a handout as they know I have food with me.

I would surmise that she is no longer readily eating due to separation stress.
I would personally, even if it meant taking ours away from my dog, put her in something like a wire pet crate and moving her around with the flock a bit.
Maybe not even all day, you sure don't want her exposed to elements, but there's bound to be A place she can share with them.

I could put her on the shop porch facing the coming and going area of the coop. She would also see the ducks though - don't know if that would stress her. But, very good idea. I have a crate that will work splendidly.

Is her crop empty in the morning before she eats/drinks?
Did you feel of her abdomen for any bloat/swelling or fluid?

She only had one poop the whole night - she's facing the corner? Is she clucking and puffing up like a broody?
