@MrsTush I'm sorry that your hen is not well. The only thing I would recommend is if you lose her, then having a necropsy will give you the best information.
There's SO MANY things that can affect poultry, it's very hard to know unless some diagnostics are performed.
You are in NC. We have 4 labs in - Raleigh, Monroe, Elkin, Fletcher. If you are in the middle, then Raleigh (Maybe Monroe?) is closest to you. If you call the lab, they will tell you how to print a shipping label to get the carcass to them or if you are close enough to drive, you can likely hand deliver. Talk to them.

Now. Do the best you can to get some fluids into. When giving fluids, I would try to bring her more upright, but take care not to press the crop.
