Chicken eat a cotton ball what to do

My Roo ate a whole cotton ball. Is there anything I can do?

First start your own thread, secondly did you read all of this one? Eggcessive above pretty much summed it up. Don’t worry, your roo will probably be fine

Ohkay I'll give him oil I checked his crop just he woke up it's empty now poop don't have anything like cotton ..
Maybe cotton mixes up

I read cotton made up from cellulose
He eat a small quantity maybe that mix with his poop .

Thankfully his crop iz all empty
I feed him alot last night and give him alot of water too

"I read cotton made up from cellulose".. News to me, guess I'll have to stop believing false packaging labels.. Cellulose is wood, basically newspaper.. It is in 'everything' you eat.. Worked in the business, up to 15% by volume.. and you're fine. A cotton ball may worry me some, but a tip of a Qtip. No problemo..

Oh nothing it will expel in poo
Mine eat a qtip cotton accidentally (the move alot lol)
I was scared that it cause blockage but nothing like that..I do some research that it just a cellulose fibres so u will not able to see it in poop but it will be out from system
Just give him slightly of his grit it will help.him and water

Tbh ..mine eat once a plastic bead from my t-shirt when he's a baby chick after 1 day I found a beautiful bed shining in poo
Their system is just amazing complex but very easy to understand only things like
things that can cause issue are Metal items and pins
