He is doing way better, he deaths with his mouth closed his eyes are open he's crowing again. I thinks it's mycroplasma because in a video on YouTube someone said foamy eye could only be mycroplasma.Did he improve at all with the Oxytetracycline (Terramycin)?
If you think this is Mycoplasma and not Infectious Coryza, then get some Tylan/Tylosin and treat him. If you are not going to use him for food within the next couple of months, you can use Baytril (Enrofloxacin).
You mention he's always had purple on the comb. This may be due to having a chronic respiratory disease.
Flush his eyes as needed to keep them cleaned out.
