chicken eating own eggs

problem with my chickens. Here's what is going on. I have 3 big hens One the batie is laying on the nest and won't get up. I have to knock her off to get the egg. The other two are eating the egg that they lay. I have put fake egg in like the internet tells me and that is not working.

The one hen has gone broody and is trying to hatch the eggs. The only way to stop this behavior is by letting her hatch the eggs or giving her some day old chicks. Other wise you will just have to continue to take the eggs from her until she gets tired of trying to sit on them. The two that eat what they lay- the only way to stop this from what I heard is to Cull them. It sounds mean and I personally could never bring myself to do this but Purina ( chicken feed company I use) spokesperson said that it was the only way he knew to stop it.

What all and how exactly are you feeding?
Are the egg shells very thin and fragile?

How long has the batie been on the nest?
Is she on there all day and all night?
Is she laying?
