I wouldn't worry a ton, but they are likely to get tapeworms from that.

How would i get rid of the tape worm? Id like to treat them for any kind of parasite just incase.

Is it worth investing in a decent microscope to try identify any parasites my self, i dont dont a poultry vet in my area.

I would not recommend treating them unless you see segments in the feces. You can use Safeguard paste (fenbendazole) or Equimax paste (ivermectin and praziquantel) to treat them.
