chicken eye im clueless help

With three of them like that I think they have a respiratory disease such as mycoplasma, coryza, or one of the others. If you can try to smell their head--if it is very foul smelling it would more likely be coryza. These diseases are very contagious, but any birds with coughing, sneezing, nasal/eye discharge, bubbles in the eyes, or swelling about the face should be isloated. When you can get to a farm store you can look for Tylan 50 or Duramycin to start them on. I would probably treat the whole flock. These diseases are chronic for life--you can treat them and some get better, but may get sick again later. They will spread it to any new birds brought into the flock. I would suggest getting any dead birds necropsied by the state poultry vets to know what you have in the flock. That way, you can vaccinate new birds. Some people will kill their whole flock and start over--others will choose to treat.
