Today
I still use the saline in both eyes and to clean to again and warm water

In the second pic, does that look like her eye is still there? I can’t see it properly yet but it’s opened a lot more since the pus has gone

It looks like she's improving some.
Is she eating/drinking o.k.? Is the inside of her beak clear of pus or yellow/white patches?

I don’t think there is any pus inside her mouth, she eats perfectly fine and drinks fine

Her eyes are improving loads! She can see more and the infection and smell is gone (just a whiff)

There is some peeling scabs of dead skin or dried blood (where she got pecked) coming off her her face need the eyes so I’m applying warm water and hopefully soon they’ll fall off and that’ll heal
Will update with pictures tomorrow

The worse eye
There is some yellow there (I don’t think it’s too infected now) there is the patch of dried flaking off dead skin just under the eye which I’m washing twice/three times a day but she can see through it now, she can eat an drink herself as she can see the food!

The second eye - better off, again a small patch of dead skin just under the eye but a lot more open

I would try to get some antibiotc ointment or drops from a vet if possible. Keep up the cleaning of her face. The bubbles inside the corner of the left eye could be a sign of mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG,) a chronic respiratory disease that can be common in some backyard flocks. Maybe not, but some Neosporin or similar ointment may be helpful.

Thank you!
She is doing really well!
I have another hen who does have MG she tends to get ill in the winter bless her but I treat her with antibiotics and keeping warm inside

I will keep cleaning her eyes and see how it looks

Well if you have another with MG, the whole flock would probably test positive for MG. I would treat this hen with the same antibiotic for MG symptoms. The stress of the attack and pecking may have brought on symptoms, who knows, but it is worth treating her. Is there not a disinfectant cream in the UK that can be bought for treating the wounds on her face (not in her eyes, of course?) Sudocream and there is another popular cream in France called Savulon that have chlorhexidene which might be good for the wounds. The eyes would need Neosporin, Bacitracin, or Polysporin, or a similar ointment, but that would be okay to put on the wounds as well.

The Neosporin I ordered on eBay (link earlier in the thread) took about a week to come (UK seller but cheap postage). Just thought I'd mention it if you were still thinking to buy some OP. :)

We do also have Savlon which includes cetrimide and chlorhexidine and is available in most pharmacies.

ETA: Alternatively I don't mind posting you my tube of Neosporin? I could get it in the post tomorrow first class and it would be with you by Thursday. I just bought some for emergencies so I don't need it urgently and seems like it could help your girl.
