chicken eye

So I bought three new chivkens today and when I got home I notticed one had the comb on top off his head flat then I looked at his eye and one eye is part opened but mostly clossed did he get in a fight and will this spread to the others

one other thing the eye is dry around it so nothing has came out of the eye should i be worried he was in a cage with 35 chickens at the store maby it got pecked

Is there any disease thst would make her close her eye the rye is normal just cloosed if there is a disease will it spread to the other
