Chicken falls asleep while standing still, slower than others

I have a 3 month old silkie and she’s been weak for some time now. I gave her and her flockmates Axylin for 5 days as per advice of multiple people and she got better (before she would barely eat and drink). Unfortunately she still seems weak but I can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong with her. She eats, drinks, and her poop seems normal (sometimes they poop red but I feed them watermelons, I stopped doing that and will check their poop in the FF days).

The only noticeable “wrong” thing about her is that she often stands still and falls asleep:

What could this possibly be?

Whether red poo or not I would treat her for cocci. If you put it in her water make sure she drinks some. You may have to give her some of that water on a teaspoon and dribble it on the side of her beak. I would treat her for cocci ASAP.

How is she? Silkies can be prone to head trauma.
Oh no, the other chicks keep pecking the two girls in the head :(

She’s doing better now tho!

I already did prior to this post (Axylin) and she’s okay now...scared of me tho
