Chicken feed

Brewer's Grains, in general, are moderately high protein, low carb (energy), moderate fat ingredients for use in animal feeds which have some helpful enzymes for making other grains more bioavailable. Like all grain based feeds, the amino acid profile is pretty weak in Lysine, but the more concentrated protein levels help to compensate somewhat.

That's about as specific as you can get. The Brewers grains of a six row barley used for making an imperial stout will be much different from a 2 row barley and rice mix used for making that popular swill known as an American lager.

Oh, and you need to dry it very well, or it can quickly be colonized by molds and mildews - NOT good eats.
