Chicken feet up

Had a bird go feet up. Wife said it was sneezing, then started throwing up flui, then running around like a chicken with its head cut off and up and died. Any ideas ?

Unfortunately without testing and necropsy there is no way to determine the cause of death.

Welcome to Backyard chickens, I would do a necropsy if I were you, especially if you have other chickens that might catch the same thing if it is a virus. Good luck and I hope you enjoy BYC as much as I have.
