Chicken First Aid Kit?

Here's what I have in mine:

de-wormer pellets (medicated with fenbendazole, also known as SafeGaurd)

epsom salt (for pain relief topically, and detoxifies ingested toxins orally. Orally may also work as a laxative in chickens.)

Two containers of VetRX (respiratory aid, may help fight off minor colds and prevent/ease respo infections)

One can of Blu-Kote (antiseptic, and discourages pecking of open wounds)

Oral Syringes (for forced oral ingestion of liquids or medicine. do NOT reuse syringes, discard after each and every use.)

Spray bottle of poultry protector (kills lice, mites, fleas and ticks, as well as the eggs and larvae. can be sprayed on habitat or directly onto the bird.)

antibiotic ointment (Where I live you cannot get animal antibiotics without a vet visit and with the animals prescription, so having extra antibiotics on hand sadly isn't an option for me, so this is the next best thing.)

miscellaneous things:

Adhesive tape
eye drops
cotton balls and pads
petroleum jelly (Vaseline)
Q-tips
corn starch (stops bleeding)
scissors, tweezers, and nail clippers
sterile gloves (do not reuse)
clean rags and towels
sharp, sterile razor

Hope This May Help!
