"Alright, the purpose of this meeting is to figure out how to convince the Keeper to let us free-range," Romeo started. "Any ideas?"

"yall could stop laying eggs for a week.... "hobbes mused," maybe he would think all the bugs we get free ranging would make you start laying.... humans are dumb like that....."

Pebbles looked at Hobbes. "We can't just turn off egg laying. It's natural. The reason we stop sometimes is just because the conditions have changed and we have to adjust."

"Good idea, but not practical," Juli said as nicely as she could to calm Pebbles down (she doesn't like Hobbes much). "Our bodies just don't work that way. Besides, the Keeper would just take us to the vet or give us nasty medicine."
