Chicken Flock RP (I have no idea if this will catch on)

Pics
Janie's chicks have finally hatched. Bonnie is thrilled that the egg Janie lent her hatched. The chick follows Bonnie everywhere and is a very cute Lavender Orpington.
The other chicks are: two Silkie/EE mixes, one Buff Orpington, and one BLRW.

Rosemary Daffodil is enjoying her "auntie" duties.

Lumen, Stella, and Astra have settled in with the flock and Stella is deciding whether or not to go broody.

Romeo is as ridiculously vain as usual and broke the mirror that the Keeper put in the run because he didn't like the way the rooster in the mirror was looking at him.

Juliette's chicks, Eeny, Meeny, and Miney, are five weeks old now. They are becoming quite the troublemakers.

Mo, Frosting, Sprinkles, and Cupcake (Confetti's chicks and ducklings) are four weeks old. Mo has ganged up with Hyla and likes to follow her everywhere.

Jetta is quite fascinated with Janie's new chicks.

At six months old, Aysel still has not laid her first egg. She is as feisty as ever, and she is teaching the new chicks how to beg for mealworms.

Leola is performing Auntie duties alongside RD, Jetta, Aysel, and Astra. She is as sweet as ever.

Since the coyote has been fought off by Ashes, the flock is allowed to free-range again. However, it is coming up on the fair time. Soon, the Keeper will decide which birds to take to the poultry show. The older chickens liked meeting other chickens at the fair, but the younger pullets are spreading unease and horror stories about how chickens that go to the fair never come back.

Puff enjoyed helping Janie raise the chicks. She didn't help as much as some chickens like Bonnie, but she liked it just as much. Her favorite thing to do is bring them new greens to see how they react.

One day Puff tried to jump up a pile of large branches. When she landed one of the branches it rolled and she twisted her leg to try and keep ahold of it. It was sore now, and she couldn't put very much weight on it.

Puff is wondering if she should go broody. It would give her leg a chance to heal. And she could incubate Evie and May's eggs for them. Plus she thought it would be nice to just spend time in a nest.

Evie enjoyed following the humans around and begging for treats. She wasn't very interested in the chicks, but Asyel and her had become close friends. She still found the roosters annoying, and hasn't picked a favorite one.

May has risen in the ranks and no longer pays much attention to her sisters. She does wish could find the time for it. She usually just walks around foraging with Hobbes and a few other hens.
